I know what you call me

I know who you say that I am

But do you truly know I was there before time and space began?

Before the heavens and earth were created before I sent The Light to the

darkness below,

I AM THAT I AM

But do you truly know?

 

I know what you call me

I know who you say that I am

But do you truly know My voice, My Word and My command?

To love your neighbor freely

To keep Me first in your heart

With praise, prayer and obedience, My Spirit will never depart.

 

Do you know what I call you?

Do you know who you've shown Me you are?

Are you a person after my own heart

Or have you strayed afar

Before I gave you life and free will

From the cross to His glory My Son rose

He gave His life so that you could live

Now, show Me that you know.
